- What if a piece is out of stock?

- Every effort is made to ensure all items are currently in stock, we may however from time to time run out of a particular piece. In such a case you will be notified by email advising you how long we expect the item to be. You will have the opportunity to tell us your preference on how to proceed. If you do not reply to our email notification, we will hold your order and ship the complete order when all pieces are available. If a back order is expected to tale longer than 10 days, we will email you asking whether you wish to wait or if you wish to cancel or substitute the back ordered item. If you decide to cancel the out of stock item, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The pieces that are not in stock will be removed from your order. You will only be charged for the pieces that are sent. If you decided not to cancel the back ordered piece, your order will be put on hold and will be shipped when all items are available..
